Difficult things come with a leader’s role. Leadership is about doing the right thing both strategically and ethically, yet this is not always easy. 

I’m one of the newest members of the MOR family and I just returned from my first Strategic Offsite.  I am exhausted, energized and grateful.

It’s GO time! What do you want to accomplish this semester? This academic year? What are your strategic priorities?

I am not the same person I was a few years ago. Life has shifted, including the things that were once important along with what we spend time on.

I'm heading out on a 1,000-mile pilgrimage. For 70 days, I’ll be walking the Camino de Santiago, a series of well-worn trails used for 1,000 years.

The year: 1969.  The place: a Milwaukee factory with 800 people.  The goal: expand capacity by 33% while maintaining production and staffing.

The time is right to lift your head to consider your strategy in the three years ahead. Reinvigorate through strategically impactful goals.

I manage employees who must think like entrepreneurs to solve challenges involving relationships and politics.  I need to foster reflection. 

College is perhaps one of the biggest decisions many people make. The power of a first impression is real and on full display in the visiting process.
